Growing up, I faced ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, and low self-worth, but I didn’t receive the right support. I had to figure out my own way forward through resilience, self-discipline, and finding the right tools.
Today, I work as a Mental Health Peer Recovery Worker, study Social Work, and coach others on ADHD management, emotional regulation, and personal resilience.
I specialize in helping men, fathers, and students who need practical support, not just theory. Whether you're struggling with focus, self-discipline, or navigating major life transitions, I provide real-world strategies that work.
